What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Hi im a 25 year old female who as been unwell on and off for the past few years. I have been ill recently with a chest infection and had a full blood count done. My wbc came back 14.2 my monocyte count is 1.07 and my neutrophil is 11.48 my crp is 30mg my mch is 25.8pg and my packed cell volume is 0.331. I also suffer from anemia. I have to go back to the doctors to dicuss my results what could this be.

Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the reports it is clear that you are having infection and you have mentioned that you are having chest infection. Anemia is difficult to co5mment on as you have not mentioned your Hb levels here.
You will need antibiotics course depending on the type of infection and the severity. As you have stated that you are going to consult your doctors regarding the same, they will surely be starting you on antibiotic therapy for 5 days to 1 week which will take care of the infection.
For anemia depending whether its iron deficiency or megaloblastic, the trestment will differ.
